CAUSES OF TYPE 2 DIABETES
* You can develop type2 Diabetes because you do not make enough insulin for your body needs.
* The cells in your body does not use insulin properly. This is called insulin resistance. The cells in your body becomes resistance to normal levels of it’s insulin. This means that you need more insulin than your body normally make to keep the blood glucose (sugar) level down. OR
* A combination of both.
People who are at risk of developing type2 diabetes are those with strong family history, as well as if you come form a certain ethnic background, also what increases risk is your age, those who are above 40, should limit the extent to which they consume sugary substances and engage in more healthy meals and physical activities.
